RTechnologies is a software house with its office at Spring North, Plaza 50, Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. We are responsible for the personal data described on this page. You can reach us at rtechnologiesinfo@gmail.com or +92 324 8546559.

We only collect what you send us and basic, aggregated usage data:

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, country and message. We use them to reply to your enquiry and, if you hire us, to run the project.
• Optional file upload: a brief, CV or document you attach to the contact form. We use it to understand your project or application.
• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager record pages visited, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, and how you reached the site. We use this to see which pages help visitors and to improve the site.
• Emails and calls: if you contact us directly, we keep the conversation so we can follow up.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

We use a small number of service providers, who process data on our instructions:

• Vercel — hosts this website and processes server logs.
• Google (Gmail) — delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
• Google Firebase Storage — stores files uploaded through the contact form.
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — website analytics.
• Contentful — stores portfolio content shown on the site (no visitor data).

These providers may store data outside Pakistan, including in the United States and the European Union.

We keep enquiries and attachments for as long as we need them to respond and, for clients, for the length of the project and our business records afterwards. If an enquiry does not lead to work, you can ask us to delete it at any time. Google Analytics data is kept under the retention setting of our Analytics property.

Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) to tell visits apart. The site itself does not set advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on for Analytics; the site works without them.

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. If you are in the UK or the European Union, you also have rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, including the right to complain to your data-protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office). Email rtechnologiesinfo@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.

The site is served only over HTTPS. Access to enquiries and uploaded files is limited to the RTechnologies team members who need them. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords or payment card details through the contact form.

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
