■WHO WE ARE
Qatar National Vision 2030 rests on human, social, economic and environmental development, and the economic pillar depends on private businesses that can serve customers digitally. For a Doha company that usually means a product in Arabic and English, a checkout that accepts Qatar-issued NAPS debit cards as well as international cards, and data handling that holds up under the country's privacy law. RTechnologies builds that software. To be clear: we are not based in Qatar. Our team works from Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, on the Islamabad border, and builds for the Qatari market remotely.
Hotels, tour operators and venues that grew around the 2022 FIFA World Cup want booking engines that take QAR deposits and confirm in both languages. Developers and brokers around Lusail and The Pearl want listing portals and tenant apps. Freight firms working through Hamad Port and Hamad International Airport want bilingual shipment tracking. Schools and clinics want parent and patient portals that respect consent rules. Each becomes a written, fixed-milestone scope before work starts.
Doha runs on UTC+3 with no daylight saving and Pakistan on UTC+5, so our 09:00 start is 07:00 in West Bay and we finish at 16:00 your time. Qatar is also one of the main destinations for Pakistani workers abroad, so a project chat moving between English, Arabic and Urdu is familiar to many Doha teams.

■WHY RTECHNOLOGIES
01
A checkout that only takes international cards turns away customers with Qatar-issued debit cards. We plan the NAPS and QPay route before designing the cart.
02
Arabic and English screens are designed and tested together. Arabic interface copy is reviewed by a native Arabic speaker before launch, arranged per project.
03
Doha's Sunday–Thursday week and our Monday–Friday week overlap Monday to Thursday, so demos land in your morning.
04
Law No. 13 of 2016 centres on consent and treats health and children's data as special. Screens, storage and access are planned around that first.
■DOHA ↔ RAWALPINDI
The details worth settling first, with straight answers.
■CITIES & DISTRICTS WE SERVE REMOTELY
Remote delivery reaches a West Bay tower, a Lusail sales office and a Mesaieed industrial yard in exactly the same way. What changes from place to place is the customer, and we design the product around them.
■HOW WE WORK
STEP-01
We start at 07:00 Doha time, so a first call can happen before your day fills up. Replies within 24 hours on our working days.
STEP-02
Features, stack, timeline and fixed milestone prices, plus which payment routes (NAPS, QPay, cards) and which privacy obligations the build covers.
STEP-03
A staging link each week with the Arabic and English versions side by side, so feedback on both languages arrives together.
STEP-04
Gateway activation, app-store publishing, staff walkthroughs over video, every credential handed over, optional support.
■FAQ / QATAR
No. We have no office, staff, registered company or phone number in Qatar. RTechnologies has one office, in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, Pakistan, and every Qatar project is delivered remotely through weekly video demos, a shared task board and direct contact with your engineers. Our day starts at 07:00 Doha time.
Yes, if the checkout is built for it. Qatar-issued debit cards run on the NAPS network and are used online through QPay, the Qatar Central Bank's e-commerce gateway for locally issued debit and prepaid cards. We integrate that route through Sadad or a bank merchant gateway, alongside Visa and Mastercard, with prices in QAR.
Yes. Every Qatar project is planned bilingual: right-to-left Arabic layouts, mirrored navigation and icons, Arabic-friendly fonts, and separate titles and descriptions per language so both versions can rank. Arabic interface copy is reviewed by a native Arabic speaker before launch, arranged per project.
Law No. 13 of 2016 makes consent the main basis for processing personal data and gives special treatment to categories such as health and children's data. We build clear consent screens, bilingual privacy notices, controls on who sees sensitive records, and a breach-response log — working alongside your legal adviser, not replacing one.
Yes. We build room, tour, event and restaurant booking engines with live availability, deposits or full payment in QAR, cancellation rules, and Arabic and English confirmations by email or WhatsApp. They can sit on your own website or connect to the channel manager you already use.
Doha is UTC+3 with no daylight saving and Pakistan UTC+5, so we are two hours ahead: our 09:00–18:00 is your 07:00–16:00. You work Sunday to Thursday and we work Monday to Friday, so Monday to Thursday overlap completely. Sunday questions are answered first thing Monday.
Each project has a written scope with a fixed price per milestone, invoiced milestone by milestone in USD by international bank transfer; local-currency pricing on request. We do not hold a QAR bank account. Code, domains, hosting and store accounts stay in your company's name throughout.
