Q01Do you have an office in Karachi?
No. RTechnologies has a single office, in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, and no staff or address in Karachi. Karachi clients work with us remotely through weekly demos, a shared task board and direct chat with the engineers. When a project needs an in-person workshop or launch, we fly to Karachi and agree the travel cost in the quote.
Q02Can you build a shipment tracking system for a freight forwarder or clearing agent?
Yes. A typical system records each consignment from booking to delivery, stores the GD number, bill of lading and other documents, flags what is missing, and shows status to your customers through a login. It can take GPS data from your fleet trackers and send alerts by email or WhatsApp when a shipment is held or delayed.
Q03Does your software connect to WeBOC or Pakistan Single Window?
Your clearing team keeps filing declarations in the official systems; we do not replace them. Our software stores the GD and reference numbers alongside each shipment and tracks its progress. If your firm has an approved integration route or data export available, we can build around it. We will confirm what is possible during scoping rather than promise it in advance.
Q04Can you build software for a bank, fintech or brokerage in Karachi?
We build web apps, portals and internal tools with the controls regulated firms expect: role-based access, maker-checker approvals, encryption and complete audit logs. We are not licensed by the State Bank of Pakistan and do not hold customer funds, so regulatory approvals remain with you. We follow the security and data requirements your compliance team sets.
Q05Which payment methods can a Karachi online store accept?
